Pursuant to Government Code Section 11123(b), the Board of Podiatric Medicine will hold a teleconference meeting to consider the final approval and adoption of proposed amendments and additions to its regulations found in Title 16, Division 13.9, Article 9. Information Disclosure.

Amendments to Title 16, Division 13.9, Article 9. Information Disclosure were approved and finally adopted by the Board of Podiatric Medicine at its August 22, 2003 meeting. On October 7, 2003, these regulatory amendments were disapproved by the Director of the Department of Consumer Affairs. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 313.2(e)(3), the Board has the power to override the decision of the Director by unanimous vote provided it then submits the final rulemaking record to the Office of Administrative Law within 60 days of the Director's decision.
